Last night, Tim Redding pitched a gem. 5 Inn 1 Hit baseball but Jerry the clown took him out after 80 something pitches.
Jerry is a complete asshole. I don’t care if this is Timmy Testicles first start in a while or if he pitched a few innings in relief against Atlanta. What are we saving him for October? How about giving us fans something to be happy about this season in leaving Timmy out there while he had his best stuff to beat our “rivals.”

While I agree with half the comments here, I would also have to say that I agree with the other 50% also. While my man Abe Lincoln may have said you can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, you can’t please all of the people all of the time. He also said “pass the pork chops” on more than one auspicious occaison, and I tend to feel that he meant that.
By talking about irrelevant people such as Abe Lincoln, you’re taking attention away from the greatest pitcher/ bass fisherman in the game.
